SHIPPING POLICY
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no surcharges at checkout.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email straight away, and a second email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive 5 to 14 days after being placed, depending on your location. This covers both processing and transit.
Delivery can run longer during peak periods, public holidays, or when carriers are affected by weather or customs backlogs. If your order passes 21 days with no movement on tracking, email store.yotsuba@gmail.com and we'll investigate or replace it.
Orders with free gifts may arrive separately
If your order includes a free gift, it may ship as its own parcel with its own tracking number, and the two can arrive days apart. This is normal and nothing has gone wrong — your main item is still on its way. If one parcel arrives and the other hasn't within a week, get in touch.
The same applies to multi-item orders, which sometimes ship in more than one parcel.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. A small number of remote destinations may be excluded at checkout.
Customs and import duties
Depending on where your order is going, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority. These are set by your government, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over the amount and can't predict it in advance.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct details. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually fix it before the order ships.
Lost or stolen parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with your household and neighbours first, then email us. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
