Not veterinary advice
Everything on this site is general information about our products. It is not veterinary advice and it is not a diagnosis, treatment or care plan for your animal.
We describe how our pet stairs are designed — a shallow rise, cushioned steps, a non-slip base — and why that design is gentler on joints than jumping. That is a description of a product, not a medical claim. Our stairs do not treat, cure or prevent arthritis, hip dysplasia, spinal conditions or any other veterinary condition.
If your pet is limping, stiff, in pain, recovering from surgery, or has stopped doing something they used to do easily, please see a vet. Mobility changes can have causes that a set of stairs will not address, and a vet is the only person who can tell you what is going on.
If your vet has given you instructions about your pet's movement or recovery, follow those instructions over anything written here.
Using the stairs safely
Please set the stairs on a flat, level floor, flush against the furniture, with nothing to trip on at the top or bottom step.
Supervise your pet the first several times they use them, especially if your pet is old, unsteady, visually impaired or nervous. Do not position the stairs where a fall could take your pet down a staircase, off a balcony or landing, or against glass.
These are pet stairs. They are not a step stool, not furniture, and not a toy. They are not designed to take a person's weight and should not be used by children.
Check them from time to time for wear, and stop using them if the foam has compressed unevenly or the cover has been chewed through.
Product information
We work hard to describe our products accurately, and we correct errors as soon as we find them. Two honest caveats worth stating plainly:
Measurements are taken by hand and can vary by around an inch. If a precise fit matters, measure your furniture and email us before ordering.
Colours can look different between screens, and between a screen and a living room. Treat our photographs as a guide rather than an exact match.
We do not warrant that descriptions, pricing or other content on this site is entirely free of error. If something is wrong, we reserve the right to correct it, and to cancel and refund an order that was placed against an obvious error such as a mispriced item.

The text, photographs, layout and design of this site are ours or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Product images supplied by our manufacturing partners remain the property of their owners.
