The idea
Yotsuba means "four leaves" in Japanese. Each leaf stands for one part of a small daily habit.
01
Self-heating comfort that builds and lasts for hours.
02
Mugwort, the leaf at the heart of moxa.
03
Peel, stick, slow down. Thirty seconds, once a day.
04
A quiet pause after the walk, the garden or the run.
How it works
Remove the clear backing film.
Press onto clean, dry skin over your knee. Cut it to size if you like.
Feel the warmth build. Remove after up to 8 hours.
The ingredient
Mugwort, yomogi in Japanese, has been dried into soft moxa wool for centuries and used in warming rituals across East Asia.
Each patch carries that herbal tradition in a simple, self-heating form. No creams, no mess.
Everyday comfort
Cold mornings, long walks, weekends in the garden, leg day. Slip a patch under your clothes and get on with your day.
A gentle, building warmth with a soft herbal scent. Most people feel it within about 10 to 20 minutes, and it lasts for several hours.
Peel off the backing and press the patch onto clean, dry skin. Leave it on for up to 8 hours, then remove it gently. Give your skin a break before using another patch in the same place.
Try a small piece first. Don't use it on broken, irritated or very sensitive skin. Stop if you notice redness or itching.
If you're pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication, check with your doctor first. Keep away from children. This is a comfort product, not a medical treatment.
Your patches arrive in a sealed herbal pouch from our manufacturer, 12 patches per pouch. The patches are made in China and inspired by traditional Japanese moxa.
