Products
Our mugwort warming patches are comfort and wellness products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the directions and safety information before use, patch-test first, and check with your doctor if you're pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication. Product images show the patch; colours and packaging may vary slightly. The patches are made in China.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we'll refund any payment in full. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change without notice, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. You confirm that you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to interfere with its security, copying its content for commercial use, or using it for anything unlawful. All text, images and branding on this site belong to Yotsuba or its licensors.

To the extent permitted by law, Yotsuba is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
