Shipping
- United States: free shipping on every order.
- Other countries: a flat rate, shown at checkout.
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 7 to 15 business days after your order ships.
- Tracking: we email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Your patches ship from our manufacturer's warehouse in a sealed herbal pouch, 12 patches per pouch.
Late or lost orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Returns and refunds
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.
Changed your mind?
You can return unopened pouches within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you. Once we receive the pouches, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened pouches or used patches unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
